An essential member of the Enablement and Assurance Business Unit, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of a Capital Delivery Governance and Assurance process that spans the Asset Lifecycle to ensure the efficient delivery of the capital portfolio. 

This 2 year fixed term opportunity (with the potential for an extension) will see you implement your experience in leading process re-design and change management initiatives  across the SA Water capital project delivery processes to streamline and improve the end to end workflow.  Your advanced business acumen will enable you to influence transformation, culture change and create efficiencies that will engage key stakeholders across the business as well as provide sustainable long term solutions.

To be considered, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Risk Management or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading change across Governance, Assurance and/or Project Management processes
  • Applied high level of leading, innovation, business transformation and practices
  • Effective demonstrated competencies in leading and influencing internal and external relationships
  • Proficient in facilitating workshops and training
