About the Job
We are seeking expressions of interest for an experienced and strategic leader to shape and drive our Health and Wellbeing framework. As the Manager, Work Health, Wellness and Hygiene, you will lead initiatives that promote physical and mental health, oversee injury management and return-to-work programs, and ensure compliance with occupational hygiene and Workcover self-insurance requirements.
About the Person
A forward-thinking leader with a deep understanding of injury management, occupational hygiene, and health and wellbeing programs. You will bring a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to lead and inspire teams. With a focus on proactive health strategies, risk management, and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment at SA Water. You will help drive a culture where health and wellness extend beyond the workplace and our people are encouraged to adopt self-care and healthy habits. You will focus holistically on the worker health and wellness lifecycle from the time they commence work at SA Water and reflect this in the program design.

The People and Safety group are focused on ensuring workforce well-being and success through strategies such as talent attraction, diversity, and collaboration, while also prioritising health and safety efforts to prevent harm and promote overall well-being and career development.
