We are currently seeking a passionate and curious Graduate Data Analyst to join our team and help us translate data into meaningful insights. 

Role Overview: As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will collaborate with various business units to understand their needs and translate data into actionable insights. You will be part of a supportive program designed to develop your skills in communication, data analysis, and business engagement. You will work closely with data teams across our business to extract information, identify trends, and tell compelling stories through data. This opportunity is available for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to understand and address their data needs.
• Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
• Use various tools to manage and analyse data.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Educate team members and stakeholders on the value and application of data insights.
• Promote the value of data-driven decision-making within the organisation.
• Be curious about data and make data fun!

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic technical skills in data extraction, and analysis.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to identify trends and communicate their implications in a story.
• Experience in data visualisation and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative, enthusiastic, creative, passionate, and curious mindset.
• Approachable and able to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
