About the Job
Forming part of the newly created Growth Business Group, and reporting into the Manager Growth External Enquiries, our Growth External Enquiries Triage Lead is responsible for developing and leading best-practice systems of work for triaging external growth enquiries. This role will focus on the effective application, allocation, and management of external growth enquiries in alignment with established processes, supporting efficient decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
This role also carries people management responsibilities, as the Systems Planning Support Officer and Major Land Development Support Officer will report directly to them.
About the Person
The ideal person for the Growth External Enquiry Triage Lead role is a collaborative and strategic leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of driving performance in a customer-focused environment. They will have proven experience in leading teams, managing external growth enquiries and enhancing systems and processes to support efficient decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
They will excel in stakeholder communication, compliance and governance, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and improve operational outcomes.
