About the job

Join our People and Safety team as a People Services Coordinator, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services and enhancing employee experiences across our organisation. Your responsibilities will include responding to employee and leader queries, preparing employment lifecycle documentation, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting the implementation of process improvements—all of which will reflect our commitment to excellence. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our HR processes leveraging platforms like Chris21 and ServiceNow to ensure a seamless employee journey.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, a quick thinker, and passionate about HR and systems. Alongside your ability to manage competing priorities, you will bring capability in interpreting industrial instruments, an understanding of position management principles and sizing, and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders. About the Person
We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces new challenges with enthusiasm, and is eager to grow and make a real difference.
Your calm, professional approach under pressure allows you to manage competing priorities effectively, and you have a knack for knowing when and how to push back when needed. Ideally, you will bring experience with HR systems like Chris21 and ERP platforms, along with a solid understanding of awards and classifications. Strong organisational and communication skills are key to your success, as is your ability to adapt and shine in an ever-changing environment.
