In this role, you'll provide high-quality administrative and operational support that helps the team effectively manage recruitment, onboarding, workforce engagement, supplier relationships and governance activities across the business. You don't wait to be told what to do. Instead, you spot opportunities, solve problems and keep things moving, even when priorities change or the path forward isn't crystal clear.

You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where there can be ambiguity, and you bring a calm, practical approach to navigating it. Just as importantly, you're a people person who can build rapport with anyone, whether that's a Senior Manager, a new starter, a contractor or an external supplier.

If you enjoy variety, thrive on staying organised, and get genuine satisfaction from being the person others rely on to get things done, you'll fit right in.
