About the job
In the role of Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and leadership across property solutions and operations. This includes negotiating and managing complex transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, leases and licences while delivering strategic and commercial input into business planning and decision-making. You will lead the provision of property services for several projects, ensuring consistency, professionalism and alignment with organisational goals. On the operational side, you will provide timely and practical property advice to internal stakeholder, ensuring assets are acquired, disposed or managed in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You will also assist in project delivery, as a property expert, who will arrange market-based valuations, review valuation reports, provide expert advice, cost estimates and project options.
About the Person
You will be an experience property professional with a strong track record in managing complex property matters, from acquisitions and disposals through to leases, licences and land access arrangements. Your background will ideally include working within regulatory or compliance-driven environments, where you’ve demonstrated sound judgement, commercial acumen and the ability to balance risks with business needs.
Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management, hold the confidence to influence outcomes and provide trusted advice at all levels. Your ability to communicate clearly, resolve disputes and build strong relationships will set you a part, while your attention to detail ensures property assets are managed strategically and responsibly.
