About the Job

Lead the uplift of change leadership and capability across SA Water, driving best practice through well-established frameworks, governance, and continuous improvement. Your expertise will help the organisation achieve its strategic goals by ensuring high-quality change delivery and fostering a culture of change leadership.

Your responsibilities for this opportunity 

Fostering trust with our people, customers and community by providing expert advice and service that ensure we effectively communicate and engage audiences with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, every day. 

You will: 

  • Deliver training and coaching programs to enhance change maturity and leadership at all levels.
  • Mentor change team members and promote cross-team collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Develop and manage change frameworks, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Managing and facilitating the monthly change community of practice.
  • Engage stakeholders to align change practices with strategic goals.

Your success in this role will come from: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Change, Project, or Business Management.
  • Experience designing change methodologies, toolkits and quality frameworks.
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to implement governance and solve complex challenges.
