About Sustainable Infrastructure

The Sustainable Infrastructure group is dedicated to maximising value for customers and the community by developing innovative and optimised infrastructure plans, and overseeing the planning, construction, delivery, and maintenance of water and sewerage assets across the state and business.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administer contracts, manage variations, and process claims.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, financial controls, and governance.
  • Verify payment claims, pricing, and scope accuracy.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and manage contract performance.
  • Conduct field assessments to monitor contract execution.
  • Provide reporting, analysis, and insights to management.
  • Train and support project teams on contract processes.

Your success in this role will come from:

  • Minimum 5 years experience managing $100M+ infrastructure contracts within the Australian commercial landscape.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Expertise in contract management, procurement, and compliance.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and drive outcomes.
