To help drive this next horizon of change, we are excited to invite exceptional technology leaders to join us in one of three leadership roles within our Technology Strategy, Architecture & Value Realisation (SAVR) function. All three roles are ongoing and full-time.

We are seeking passionate professionals for the following roles:

• Manager Technology Stream – Customer & Corporate

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders to understand organisational needs, shape technology demand, and translate strategy into clear, well‑designed initiatives. Leading a team of Solution Architects, Business Analysts and specialist consultants, you will guide business case development, technology planning and architecture alignment to ensure investments deliver real value. If you thrive on collaboration, strategic thinking and building trusted partnerships, this opportunity offers meaningful impact across the organisation.

• Manager Technology Stream – Industrial

Play a key role in shaping the technology that supports SA Water’s operational and industrial environments. You will collaborate with operational leaders to anticipate technology needs, build strong business cases, and guide the design of resilient, future‑focused industrial technology solutions. Leading architects, analysts and specialist partners, you will ensure initiatives are grounded in sound architecture, safety, and real‑world operational requirements. Perfect for a leader who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and enabling reliable services for the community.

• Manager Technology Portfolio and Value Realisation

Lead the governance and optimisation of SA Water’s Technology Investment Portfolio. You’ll oversee capital planning, prioritisation, value realisation frameworks and portfolio‑level insights that support informed decision‑making across the organisation. Managing a specialist team, you will ensure investments align to strategy, regulatory commitments and funding constraints while tracking benefits, risks and performance. If you excel in portfolio leadership, financial planning and enterprise‑wide collaboration, this is a high‑impact role with visibility across SA Water’s strategic direction.
