We’re looking for an enabling and commercially minded Manager, People Central to lead our People Central function. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new team and operating model, drive continuous improvement, and embed a proactive, no-gatekeeper service model that supports our evolving business.

This ongoing opportunity is available immediately. 

What you’ll do:

• Lead the delivery of a high-performing, ERP-enabled help desk model that provides timely, expert advice and support to employees and leaders.
• Build and coach a newly formed team focused on enablement, first-time resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Drive simplification and automation of people processes to reduce manual effort and enhance the employee experience.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure our services are responsive, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead key projects that optimise our people operations model and support digital transformation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience in complex, multidisciplinary HR or shared services environments.
• A helpful customer focus.
• A strong commercial mindset with a focus on efficiency, value, and customer outcomes.
• A deep understanding of the operating model, with the ability to work effectively within it, identify what “good” looks like, and drive the necessary actions to implement and embed it successfully across the organisation.
• A passion for continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A commitment to building a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
