About the job
As the Health and Safety Delivery Planner, you will support the implementation of safety deliverables and routines that align with our Health & Safety Delivery Plan and help embed best-practice safety standards across the organisation. With a strong understanding of risk and an ability to translate complex information for operational leaders, you will help ensure our safety approach is practical, forward-thinking, and effective.
You will be responsible for planning and reporting routines, supporting safety investigations, enabling continuous improvement, and ensuring the team’s systems and processes run efficiently. Whether it’s driving collaborative problem-solving or using up-to-date tools and technology to inform decision-making, your work will contribute directly to safer outcomes for our people and our communities.
About the Person
We are seeking an organised and autonomous professional who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They will bring strong planning and time management skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, and confidence in navigating systems and technology. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, they will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to support safety initiatives and influence positive outcomes. A strong understanding of operational risk, and the ability to clearly articulate these to business leaders, will be key. Adaptable and forward-thinking, they will use data and insights to help shape smarter safety routines and processes. ICAM training and experience in project coordination and systems of work will be highly regarded.
