About the job
As our People Central Coordinator, you will be the friendly and trusted first point of contact for employees and leaders across SA Water. You will provide clear, timely and professional support, whether someone reaches out with a question over the phone, submits a request through ServiceNow, or requires assistance with people and learning-related processes.
Working at the heart of our People & Safety team and in a fast-paced, agile environment, you will help keep things moving behind the scenes by preparing accurate documentation, supporting our people systems, coordinating learning and development activities, and ensuring our processes are smooth, compliant and centred around the needs of our people. This includes supporting training administration activities such as course bookings, vendor coordination and maintaining accurate learning records.
Everything you do will contribute to making SA Water a great place to work and ensuring our people feel supported throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle.
This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity available.
