About the job
Join SA Water as a Senior Business Support Officer and play a key role in delivering exceptional administrative, finance, and procurement support to our Customer, Community and Engagement team. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage a variety of tasks including financial reporting, purchase orders, travel and event coordination, and brand asset administration. We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and proven experience in high-level administration. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can work autonomously, and enjoy building strong relationships, this is your opportunity to contribute to a team focused on service excellence and community engagement.
This is an ongoing opportunity with part-time hours, (0.6) which can be worked across 3 or 4 days (Mon-Fri), however, must include hours on Mondays and Tuesdays.
About the Person
You’re the kind of person who loves variety in their day and thrives on keeping things organised. With at least three years of high-level admin experience under your belt, you’re confident juggling finance tasks, procurement, and event coordination. You're tech-savvy with MS Office (and maybe even a whiz at Excel), a natural communicator, and someone who can build strong relationships across teams. You’re a positive team player who works well under pressure and takes initiative. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy being the go-to problem solver, we’d love to have you on our team!

The Customer, Community and Engagement group drives customer outcomes by delivering exceptional experiences and tailored solutions that grow business, revenue, and the state economy, while actively engaging with communities, and collecting valuable feedback.
