About the job
As a Talent Acquisition Adviser, you will join a collaborative and high-performing Talent Acquisition team that plays a critical role in attracting the people who help deliver essential services to communities across South Australia. This is a genuinely diverse portfolio where no two days are the same. You will partner closely with leaders across our Operations and Maintenance business group, recruiting for a broad range of operational, trade, technical and frontline roles, while also supporting recruitment across other areas of the business as required. From sourcing hard-to-find talent and delivering volume recruitment campaigns to supporting contingent labour engagements, you will help deliver talent solutions that keep our essential services running.

About the Person
You are an adaptable, customer-focused recruiter who loves building strong relationships and delivering great outcomes. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities, and partnering with leaders to solve workforce challenges.
You bring experience from an internal Talent Acquisition function, and ideally you've also worked within a recruitment agency environment, giving you a well-rounded perspective on attracting and securing talent. Experience across both internal and agency recruitment will be highly regarded.
You're confident recruiting across a variety of role types and enjoy supporting operational, trade, technical and frontline workforces. Exposure to contingent labour and contractor management would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you're proactive, collaborative and genuinely care about the experience of both candidates and hiring leaders. You build trust quickly, provide practical solutions, and take pride in finding the right people at the right time to help the business succeed.
