We employ more than 1,700 people across a broad range of disciplines who operate more than $14 billion worth of infrastructure to deliver essential water and sewerage services to more than 1.8 million South Australians.

We operate in a geographically and climatically diverse service area, with sites and locations from Ceduna through to Port Augusta, the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands, across to the Riverland, down to Mount Gambier, and most places in between.

Our strength and expertise have been shaped by our history. For more than 165 years, South Australians have depended on us to innovate and deliver efficient and sustainable water services. With nationally and internationally recognised industry expertise, we’re focused on understanding and meeting our customers’ expectations.

  • Ensure the quality of project delivery through adherence to established project controls, documentation standards, and quality assurance reviews.
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align technology projects with business objectives and ensure the integrity of project data.
  • Manage and contribute to the ongoing development of project management tools and repositories (e.g. MS Project).
  • Analyse project and program data to identify trends, track performance, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational standards and relevant legislation, including safety, ethical, and governance frameworks.

Your success in this role will come from:

  • Proven experience in project management with strong knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to improve processes and apply data-driven insights.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in documentation, reporting, and governance.
  • Proactive learner with the ability to adapt to and take ownership of governance tasks.
  • Strong team player and communicator, able to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerBI, Financial management tools) and financial tracking systems.
