About the Company
At SA Water, our work sustains life. Every day, we deliver safe, reliable water and wastewater services to more than 1.8 million South Australians, supporting healthy communities across our state.

About the job
As Senior Manager Cyber Security and Resilience (CISO), you will lead SA Water's enterprise cyber security strategy, operations and resilience capability, ensuring we remain protected against an increasingly complex and evolving threat landscape.
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer and leading a high-performing team across cyber security governance, risk and compliance, security operations, threat intelligence, resilience and architecture, you will play a critical leadership role in safeguarding SA Water's technology, data and operational environments.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a mature and well-supported cyber function within a critical infrastructure environment. You will shape strategic direction, drive cyber security maturity, oversee incident preparedness and response, and influence decision-making at the executive level.
As a critical infrastructure provider, SA Water operates within a highly regulated environment and is subject to the Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act and associated regulatory obligations. Experience navigating complex regulatory, risk and security environments will be highly regarded.
Plus – an Attractive Relocation Allowance
We offer an attractive relocation allowance for candidates who are looking to make the move to beautiful South Australia!
About the Person
You are an experienced cyber security leader with the credibility to engage at executive and Board level, while inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and understand how to balance security, risk, resilience and business outcomes. You are collaborative, contemporary and relationship-focused, but you also know when to take decisive action during incidents and critical events.
