About the Job
This role provides leadership and technical oversight to a multidisciplinary maintenance team responsible for delivering maintenance and capital works across SA Water's water and wastewater assets. Based in Berri, the Supervisor Maintenance Execution leads fabrication and pipeline maintenance crews, ensuring infrastructure is maintained safely, reliably and efficiently across the Riverland, wider Murray–Darling Basin and, when required, other parts of South Australia.
The role is accountable for leading maintenance delivery activities, driving team performance, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all maintenance and capital works are executed in accordance with regulatory, environmental, quality and customer requirements. Through effective planning, stakeholder engagement and people leadership, the position plays a critical role in improving asset reliability, operational performance and service delivery outcomes.

Your strong maintenance and operational background enables you to provide practical guidance and technical input, while your communication and stakeholder management skills allow you to build effective working relationships across the business. You embrace change, seek opportunities to improve performance and are committed to creating a positive and constructive team culture.
About Operations and Maintenance
The Operations & Maintenance team oversees the management of our water, wastewater and River Murray activities and conducts operational control activities for a secure water supply. The team is responsible for both planned and unplanned maintenance activities, integrating corrective, preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance strategies. They aim to meet availability, performance, cost, and risk targets by leveraging technical asset maintenance and reliability expertise. Operations & Maintenance strives to deliver smart and reliable services to customers while enhancing overall operational efficiency.
