About the job
As a Technology Risk Management Specialist, you will play an important role in strengthening risk practices in line with the Enterprise and Technology Risk Management Frameworks. You work closely with technical teams and project stakeholders to identify, assess and manage Technology risks, ensuring risks and controls are clearly understood, assessed, documented and actioned. Through risk workshops, guidance, training, coaching, and practical advice, you will help uplift risk capability, improve consistency and support more confident decision‑making across Technology.
In this role, you’ll maintain the Technology Risk Register and Risk Profile, track mitigation actions, prepare clear and tailored reporting, and support audits and compliance activities. Your work will bring structure and clarity to Technology risk management and will directly contribute to the reliability, resilience and effectiveness of our technology environments.
About the Person
The ideal candidate is someone who brings a balance of technical understanding, facilitation skill and strong stakeholder engagement. You enjoy working closely with Technology teams and project specialists, and you are comfortable guiding conversations that bring clarity, structure and focus to risk.
You build trust easily by being reliable, collaborative and clear in your communication. You are skilled at adapting your style depending on who you are engaging. You take ownership of your work, follow through on actions, and have the confidence to challenge and influence respectfully when needed.
