Curious and improvement-minded, you are comfortable conducting audits, contributing to investigations and identifying opportunities to strengthen systems and processes. Above all, you bring integrity, empathy and a genuine commitment to helping people work safely, confidently and effectively.

About People and Safety

You will:

  • Champion health & safety at the front line, partnering with leaders to manage risks and promote safety culture.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety systems, tools, and local improvement plans.
  • Mentor and coach frontline leaders and workers to build capability and support behaviour change.
  • Lead and participate in audits, inspections, and investigations, turning insights into improvement.
