You balance technical depth with strong communication and influencing skills, helping diverse stakeholders make informed security decisions.

You are proactive, analytical, and forward-thinking, someone who can assess emerging threats, translate risk into actionable controls, and contribute to continuous improvement of our cyber security posture.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

Fostering trust with our people, customers and community by providing expert advice and service that ensure we effectively communicate and engage audiences with our business strategy and its delivery across South Australia, every day.

You will:

  • Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement of cyber security controls across the business.
  • Provide specialist advice for technology risk assessments, solution designs, and change control activities.
  • Undertake cyber security activities against the CSP calendar and report on findings and risks.
  • Contribute to the Cyber Security Capital Plan by identifying opportunities to address technical debt and uplift maturity.
  • Monitor emerging threats and ensure appropriate mitigations are integrated into the cyber environment.
  • Support incident response and reporting in line with corporate cyber security processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to embed governance and assurance practices across digital systems.
